Blue Goji Product Warranty Information

Blue Goji products (including parts and labor) are covered for ninety (90) days from the original purchaser’s receipt date. Accessories (including cables, connectors and adapters) are covered for thirty (30) days from the original purchaser's’ receipt date. A copy of the original receipt is required for proof of purchase date. Return shipping to Blue Goji is NOT included and is the responsibility of the customer (purchaser). Cosmetic damages, such as scratches, cracks, nicks, and normal wear and tear, are NOT covered under the Blue Goji Product Warranty.

 

How to Request a Product Replacement or Repair

  1. You’ll first need to submit a help request asking for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). 
  2. Next, pack your product for warranty replacement/repair into a box along with a copy of the original receipt or invoice with the purchase date circled. Include your RMA# on the outside of the box written clearly. Important: We will not accept any returns for refunds, exchange, and warranty repair/replacements without an authorized RMA#.
  3. Next, ship the product back to us with a tracking number. (Lost shipments are not the responsibility of Blue Goji unless there is proof of us receiving it.)
  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect and test and provide a response if out of warranty. If product is within warranty we will repair/replace and ship out product within 4-7 business days. This does not include shipping time. We will ship the product back to you via Ground Shipment and provide a tracking number via email.

For a limited time only:  If you are not satisfied with the Goji Play for any reason, you can return it within thirty (30) days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price for Goji Play.  We will also reimburse you for the return shipping charges from locations within the continental U.S.    You must contact us and request an RMA within 30 days of purchase.
