As we gear up for another exciting year of Rally for the Y, one of the most effective ways to build momentum early is by reconnecting with the riders who’ve already shown their passion and commitment to your YMCA. That’s why we make it easier than ever to download past rider data from Rally 2025—so you can personally engage last year’s supporters and encourage them to Rally again in 2026!

Why Download the Rider Report?

Your Rally 2025 rider report includes the names and contact information of every rider who participated and helped fundraise through your YMCA last year. This is your warmest lead list—people who already understand the mission and have gone the distance (literally!) for your cause.

Reaching out directly to these individuals is one of the best ways to:
✅ Kickstart early registration
✅ Build a stronger team this year
✅ Increase the likelihood of repeated fundraising success

How to Access Your Report

In a recent video, Coach Emily walks you through the full process step by step. Here's a quick summary:

  1. Log into Back Office using the same admin credentials you used last year.

  2. Navigate to Rally for the Y 25 under Tournaments.

  3. Click on your YMCA organization.

  4. Go to the “Riders” tab.

  5. Click to download the rider report—you’ll receive it via email shortly after.

This report gives you a full list of riders who logged miles and helped fundraise in 2025.

What to Do Next

Once you’ve downloaded your report:

  • Send a personalized email or note thanking past riders and inviting them to participate again.

  • Include links to the Rally 2026 pledge page and promo materials.
