How it started

The demands and stresses of modern-day life often lead to disembodied experiences, where mental health conditions like anxiety and depression can fester. Workouts become isolating, and activities fragment the body from the mind. By investing in our Embodied Health, we can stop disassociation and cultivate a deeper sense of peace, clarity, focus, and joy.
