Introducing the New Player Portal
Your Ride Data, Challenges, and Brain Health Insights — All in One Place
We've made it easier than ever to stay connected to your actitivity on the Blue Goji bikes. Games, leaderboards, rides, challenges, data!
As part of our continued transition from the legacy Expresso platform to the Blue Goji ecosystem, rider accounts are now being directed to the Blue Goji Rider Portal. This means you'll have a single destination for your ride history, challenge participation, and growing collection of fitness and brain health insights.
So, What's New?
Access Your Rider Portal Through Blue Goji
When you log into your Rider Portal online, you'll now receive a message at the top of the page giving you the opportunity to login to your Blue Goji Portal instead of the legacy Expresso or CyberCycle websites.
Your ride history, stats, and account information will continue to exist in your Expresso and CyberCycle rider profiles - and information will travel with you to it’s new home that's built to support future Blue Goji features and experiences.
Discover Challenges Directly on the Bike
Want to see what events are happening right now?
You can now browse available challenges directly from the Home Screen on your bike by selecting the Events tab.
From there, you can:

No more searching for challenge information—it’s right where you ride.

Special Promotions and Tournaments
There will be more opportunities than ever to stay motivated, compete, and connect with fellow riders.
Track More Than Physical Activity
One of the biggest advantages of the Blue Goji Bikes, games and platform is the ability to track your cognitive training alongside your physical activity.

Take Challenges With You
If you're not seeing challenges on your Expresso bike, don't worry—your rides are still counting toward all of your active challenges.
At this time, challenge information is temporarily available only on Expresso.com. While the challenges may not be visible on the bike, every ride you complete is still being tracked and applied to your active challenges.
Here's what to expect:
Now through this week: View your challenge progress on Expresso.com (or Cybercycle.bike)
Starting next week: The Ride of the Week will once again appear on your bike.
Starting August 1: The Monthly Challenge will also return to the bike.
For Now: Tour d'Expresso and Master Series challenges will continue to be available only on Expresso.com.
We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience during this transition. If you have any questions or need help accessing your challenges, please reply to this email or contact our Support team—we're happy to help.
